SKIN CARE ROUTINE FOR ALL SKIN TYPES

WHEN I REQUESTED MY INSTAGRAM FOLLOWERS TO SUGGEST A TOPIC THAT I COULD BLOG ON AND MOST OF THE REPLIES POINTED TOWARDS THIS MAJOR PROBLEM THAT WOMEN AROUND THE WORLD ARE STILL STRUGGLING TO FIND THE BEST ROUTINE TO FOLLOW FOR THEIR SKIN. THE FIRST THING THAT STRIKES TO THEM IS WHAT SKIN TYPE AM I AND HOW DO I FIGURE IT OUT. THERE ARE A LOT OF ARTICLES ON THE INTERNET THAT TELL YOU WHAT TO USE BUT HOW DO U EVEN KNOW WHAT SKIN TYPE YOU FALL UNDER .ITS FUNNY HOW SKIN CARE IS THE STUFF OF NIGHTMARES.

SPEAKING OF FLAWLESS SKIN UNTIL YOU DONT TAKE CARE OF IT THEN YOU AINT GOING TO SEE ANY RESULTS. SO LETS FIGURE OUT DIFFERENT WAYS TO IDENTIFY YOUR SKIN TYPE.

Method 1

Pores are one of the best indicators to help you realise what your skin types can be.
Dry Skin - Small tight pores
Oily Skin - Large pores that get clogged
Combination skin - Large pores around the nose and pores that are not noticeable on the cheek.
Sensitive Skin - Pores get large only as a reaction to an irritant
Normal Skin - Small pores

Method 2

The blotting paper technique is the easiest way to figure out your skin type. What you need to do is wash your face in the night and do not apply any skin care products and when you wake up in the morning dab key areas of your face with a blotting paper to examine the result.
Dry skin - The blotting paper has very little oil or maybe no oil at all
Oily skin - Excess oil on the blotting paper
Combination skin - Some areas of the paper has oil and some areas dont
Sensitive skin - The blotting paper has little or no oil
Normal skin - The blotting paper has normal amount of oil
